Facilities

• Two telephone lines and one telephone per template of 18, 20 or 25m2 NVO (costs of calls will be invoiced separately).

Reception and logistics
• Manned reception and reception services between 08.30 and 16.30 hr
• Parcel and goods receivable services
• Distribution of mail and packages
• Doorbell for visitors outside office hours
• The telephone can be diverted to the reception, messages can be taken and emailed to tenant.
• Entrance policy by means of security passes
Meetings and catering
• Free use of meeting rooms/facilities incl. projector/beamer
• Free use of event spaces: auditorium, foyer (in BP1), The View and The Club (in BP5)
• Catering suppliers in BP3 (University canteen) and BP5 (De Keet) (catering costs are not included in service charges)
• Shared use of lobby, pantries and coffee spaces
Laboratory services
• Environmental permit for laboratories
• Free use of bidemi water
• Free use of ice machine (shared service)
• Free use of autoclave (shared service)
• Cleaning service of laboratory coats
• Removal of chemical waste 10 liter cans (excl. special hospital waste)
• Supply of CO2 gas and N2 gas
• Supply of liquid Nitrogen (max. 20 liter cryovat)
• Annual check up of CO2 connections
• Compressed air
Additional Services
• Storage in compartments of -80°C freezers
• Electric loading stations for cars near all buildings
• Covered bicycle parking near all buildings
• Free use of available bicycles
• “BHV” organization (Dutch company safety organization), emergency and evacuation plan
• Waste paper baskets and coat racks in all rented offices and labs
• Small repairs on request
Initial basic laboratory set up (includes):
