Facilities
- BioPartner takes care of water, energy and heating + cooling bill payments, no post-calculation.
- Furnished office with 2 desks, 2 office chairs, a coat rack, a waste bin, a whiteboard per office, and a cabinet (if available)
- Cleaning of common space, windows, office and laboratory space, removal of office waste (shared service)
- Free Internet. Two fixed data connection points per template of 18, 20 or 25m2 NVO
- WiFi in all public areas
- Security service
- Two telephone lines and one telephone (costs of calls are invoiced separately).
- Emergency power available in all buildings
Reception and logistics
- Manned reception and reception services between 08.30 and 16.30 hr
- Parcel and goods receivable services
- Distribution of mail and packages
- Doorbell for visitors outside office hours
- The telephone can be diverted to the reception, messages can be taken and emailed to tenant.
- Entrance policy by means of security passes
Meetings and catering
- Free use of meeting rooms in all five buildings, with screen or beamer
- Free use of event spaces: auditorium, foyer and the View

- Catering in BioPartner 3 by the University canteen
